Winners will retrieve packages from will call the night of the event. PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY All transactions and communications will be done electronically. There will be no packages mailed out prior to the show. Winners will retrieve packages containing the laminates and tickets from Will Call at the event. Winning bidders will receive an electronic certificate via email. This certificate along with a photo I.D. is to be presented to the Incubus representative at the venue. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: How long will I get to spend with Incubus? A: The meet and greet will last about 30 minutes total. Note: Winner may miss a portion of the opening act due to the meet and greet. After the meet and greet general admission ticket holders will be escorted to the general admission entrance. There is no special VIP section. Reserved ticket holders will be escorted to their seatA:s. Q: What does the L# (i.e. L03/L04) represent in the listing title? A: The L#s merely represent the Auction Lot #. They do not represent a seat or laminate number. Q: Can I bring a camera? A: None of the Incubus representatives will remove a camera from you. However, each venue will have its own set of restrictions regarding cameras and there is no guarantee you will be provided an opportunity to take personal photos with band members. MYF will have staff on-hand to take group photos of the fans with the band and those photos can be downloaded from a website within a week of the show. Q: Can I bring a video camera? A: No Q: Can I buy a package for a gift? A: Yes. The winning bidder can transfer the package to another person but they must provide all of the contact information (email, mobile phone, home phone, and address) for that person immediately after winning. Make sure to put this in the "NOTES" area located on the PayPal invoice before completing the payment process. The photo I.D.and winning certificate presented at will call must match, or the package cannot be retrieved. **Please note: Packages may not be resold. Q: How will I know where to go when I arrive at the concert? A: Winners will receive an email a day or two prior to the concert giving them all of the details on what time to arrive, where to go, and a contact’s name. Winner MUST supply CELL NUMBER as well. Make sure to put this in the “NOTES” area located on the PayPal invoice before completing the payment process. Q: Do I need to provide my guest's name and contact information? A: No. Q: Can I bring an item for Incubus to sign? A: No. Due to venue restrictions, additional items will not be allowed. An autographed card will be provided to each attendee. The card will be personally signed by the band at the meet and greet. Q: Is bidding open internationally? A: Yes, bidding is open internationally. Q: I've won the auction! What happens next? A: The winning bidder will recieve an invoice via eBay with payment instructions. PAYMENT MUST BE IN U.S. FUNDS VIA PAYPAL and received within three (3) business days of the close of the auction. Q: What are the accepted methods of payment? A: ALL TRANSACTIONS MUST BE IN U.S. DOLLARS. We are accepting PayPal only for this auction. Q: Will a receipt be provided?
