Bent / Damaged Corners:It is normally not a problem to repair iPads with bent corners, but doing this requires me to bend the corners back out. In order to allow the digitizer to fit correctly, if the corners are slightly dinged, they need to be bent out. Please do not expect your corners to look "like new" if they were damaged when the iPad was sent to me. These corners are a little rough after having to bend them out. Testing of Device:We are unable to test the repaired iPad if it is password protected.If you want us to test it before send it back to you. You must remove the password or send it with the iPad.Normally there aren't problems,but occasionally there are some issues.If there are functional issues when you receive the iPad back, i will fix the issues for you, but will not pay for the return shipping cost to have it fixed if the iPad is password protected not allowing us to test it. Extra Items:Please send only the ipad. Any original packing material, boxes, cases, etc will not be sent back with the ipad. Send the iPAD ONLY and any packing material you do not want returned. Other issues:This does not cover a home button. Each home button in unique to each ipad air 2 because of the touch Id. I will remove your home button from your original, and put it on the replacement. If the home button is damaged, I can use a replacement, but the Touch ID will no longer work. NOTE: For some iPad after disassembly, the touch ID will be unable to activate, and we are not responsible to that. that is apple's issue. many people has the same problem.
